Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your CubWallet account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here's how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open CubWallet on your device.
  2. Go to the parent area → More / Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your family account and its data are removed from our systems.

Option 2 — By email

Email cubwalletapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We may take steps to verify that the request comes from the account owner before we act.

What gets deleted

On a verified request, we permanently delete the family account and the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Parent account details (email, display name, login).
  • All child profiles (names, avatars, age ranges).
  • Balances, jars, chores, goals, allowance settings, activity history, and educational investing-tracker entries.

How long it takes

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time and are purged on our normal backup rotation (no longer than 90 days), after which they are unrecoverable.

Please note

  • Apple subscriptions: deleting your CubWallet account does not cancel a subscription or delete data held by Apple. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • Limited retention: we may keep a minimal amount of information where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud, and delete it when no longer needed.
  • Parents & children: the parent who owns the account may also request deletion of an individual child profile without deleting the whole account.
